It's impossible to talk about Buenos Aires without talking about the street graffiti. Wow. It goes beyond the senseless tags of vandals that we see so often around here; a huge percentage of the BA graffiti is bona fide art, some of it even commissioned. It can be political in nature, irreverent, whimsical or just plain fun.
